About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a Retail Stylist who is customer-service oriented and passionate about people. The Retail Stylist serves as a brand ambassador and product expert, educating and informing customers and helping them find outfits for any occasion. This is a temporary position anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027.

The role involves engaging customers on the sales floor, supporting sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge, maintaining merchandise displays and sales-floor organization, keeping customers informed about relevant promotions and merchandise, answering questions, processing payments, alerting management to potential security issues, and assisting with inventory. The position may also involve other assigned duties. Work takes place in a retail environment with usually low-to-moderate noise levels. Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel frequently.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a positive customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Inform clientele about current promotions and future merchandise that may interest them.
• Respond to customers’ questions.
• Process payments by cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit and debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
