About The Position

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during some of the most incredible times of year. Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by making a difference in their day. You are the face of the organization, represent the Kendra Scott culture positively, and share the brand's inspired designs and purpose-driven identity.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and maintain a customer-centric mindset.
• Set goals and work to achieve them while building guest connections that grow the brand footprint and store performance.
• Adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and personal style, and recommend products suited to their needs.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to help ensure a positive experience.
• Support the team in providing WOW guest experiences, including behind-the-scenes work.
