Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of work experience (retail required; leadership experience preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
Creative mindset with an eye for merchandising and branding
Enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for teamwork

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of antiques or resale items is a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule donation pick-ups, ensuring efficient logistics and clear communication with donors and team members
Evaluate, sort, price, and merchandise donated items to meet resale standards
Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listing, pricing, sales, and shipping
Deliver excellent customer service and support daily store operations, including opening/closing and POS transactions
Create engaging social media content to promote sales, products, and events while growing online presence
Recruit, schedule, and support volunteers to maintain strong store operations
