Requirements

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.
• 2 – 3 years in sales in a retail store
• English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to operational standards
• Provide assistance to Deli Department Manager as needed
• Ordering and receiving deli products and inventory
• Ensure Cold Deli Department is properly cleaned and sanitized
• Properly handle and store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
• Prepare special orders as per customers request
• Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience
