About The Position
Harrington Bottling Company, a proud Pepsi bottler, is seeking an energetic and dependable Retail Store Merchandiser to join their team in Butte, Montana. This is a part-time opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, building relationships with retail customers, and helping create eye-catching product displays. The role involves ensuring beverage products are fully stocked, properly displayed, and presented to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. The merchandiser will work with local retail accounts, maintain organized inventories, and represent recognized beverage brands.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable personal vehicle required.
- Current automobile insurance required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug and alcohol test, and functional ability test.

Responsibilities
- Stocking, rotating, and merchandising beverage products throughout assigned stores.
- Moving products from store backrooms to shelves, coolers, displays, and sales floors.
- Maintaining attractive and organized product presentations.
- Building and maintaining promotional displays.
- Organizing back stock.
- Installing shelf tags and signage.
- Rotating inventory for freshness.
- Providing outstanding customer service to store managers and retail staff.
- Identifying sales opportunities and communicating them to the sales team.
- Strengthening customer relationships.
- Traveling to local and occasional out-of-town accounts.
Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 per hour DOE
