About The Position
Harrington Bottling Company, a family-owned Pepsi bottling partner, is seeking motivated and dependable Retail Merchandisers to support our growing beverage distribution network throughout the Bozeman area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in merchandising, retail operations, stocking, shelf management, brand promotion, grocery merchandising, retail sales support, beverage distribution, customer service, and consumer packaged goods (CPG). As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll help ensure that popular beverage products are fully stocked, properly displayed, and presented according to merchandising standards in grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations throughout your assigned territory. Your work directly impacts product visibility and customer satisfaction. You'll replenish shelves and coolers, organize displays, rotate inventory, and maintain attractive product presentations that help drive sales and create a positive shopping experience. This is a fast-paced position that offers a mix of independence and teamwork while allowing you to represent nationally recognized beverage brands throughout the community. You'll regularly interact with store personnel, build professional relationships with retail partners, and help ensure promotional displays and special merchandising programs are executed successfully.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Dependable, self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
- Must successfully pass a drug and alcohol test
- Must successfully pass a functional ability test if applicable
