ZWILLING J.A. Henckels is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager to lead their ZWILLING Brand Store at Las Vegas Premium Outlets. This role is for a career-minded retail leader who combines strong business acumen with exceptional team-building skills and a genuine passion for culinary excellence. The Store Manager will be critical in shaping the success of the location by driving sales performance, cultivating a high-performing team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience that reflects the premium quality of the ZWILLING brand. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales management experience.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills.
- Professional, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 35 lbs. or more.
- Comfortable using a ladder.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States.
