About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for their Guildford Town Centre location. This role reports to the District Manager and is responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The ideal candidate will be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to think beyond the task. Levi Strauss & Co. values originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and drives performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of store management experience required
- Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
- Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

- Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate your team.
- Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations and visual merchandising.
