About The Position

This role is for an AT&T Authorized Retailer, Prime Communications. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations and leading a team to achieve sales goals. The position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves standing for extended periods, performing inventory tasks, and lifting up to 10 pounds. Reliable transportation is necessary for potential travel to other store locations. Successful completion of AT&T and Prime Communications training is mandatory.

Requirements

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
