Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates and supervisors to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

- Manage employee orientation, training & development initiatives to enhance team skills and performance.
- Handle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling of staff to ensure optimal staffing levels during all shifts.
- Maintain accurate payroll, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures in compliance with company policies.
- Implement effective marketing strategies within the store to boost sales and customer engagement while managing store budgets responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and legal regulations at all times.
