About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager who is consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and thinks beyond the task. The Store Manager is responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through various functions including customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. This role requires a passion for fashion, brand heritage, and a commitment to keeping the brand relevant and customers engaged. The ideal candidate will build relationships, create an inclusive environment, and demonstrate courage in decision-making. They will also be results-oriented, driving the team to achieve financial targets through sales growth, team development, operational excellence, and a strong customer focus.
Requirements
- 3+ years of store management experience required
- Has a passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
- Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to hit targets and maximize profits.
- Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate your team.
- Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations and visual merchandising.
- Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for everyone.
