About The Position

The store manager will oversee sales and all operations of the store on a daily basis. This position will be responsible for hiring, firing, and training all staff at their location. Supervise and manage all employees, and responsible for store appearance. Handle any escalated customer issues and overall store operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G. E. D. equivalent
• Previous sales and management experience necessary
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work as a team leader, maintaining a positive attitude toward customers and responsibilities
• Must be an excellent listener, have high levels of product knowledge, people skills, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and assist with customer complaints
• Handle and resolve customer issues as quickly as possible
• Attend management meetings, trainings, and manufacturer events
• Utilize the Tyler computer system and other online resources
• Set daily goals for store – dollars, warranties and margin
• Assist in maintaining a neat, clean, and organized store appearance
• Assist salespeople with hands on mentoring, pricing, and overcoming objections
• Assist in restocking stores with appliances, store upkeep and maintenance
• Communicate properly with customers and co-workers
• Supervise cash, credit cards, and go to bank daily with deposits
• Perform any other duties required by management and executive team
