Requirements

18 years of age or older
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
2+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred.
Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while driving performance and achieving sales goals.

Leadership experience in a commission-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

Rallying the sales team, setting clear goals, and implementing strategies to crush sales targets and boost revenue.
Coaching, mentoring, and motivating associates on the floor, equipping them with the tools, training, and confidence to win.
Reviewing performance, providing feedback, and creating personalized development plans to help each team member grow and reach their potential.
Partnering with the team to provide tailored solutions, ensuring every customer leaves with the right technology and a five-star experience.
Interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, and shaping a strong, high-performing team.
Staying up-to-date with promotions, new product launches, and service updates so the team always has the latest information to share with customers.
