Requirements
- Spend 60% of time in sales and 40% in operations.
- Lead a team of 5-8 employees.
- Set company standards and store goals through positive reinforcement.
- Possess proper communication skills.
- Be flexible with scheduling and staff shortages.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing.
- Ability to occasionally climb ladders.
- Ability to climb and descend stairs frequently.
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service.

- Assign sales goals to employees.
- Manage scheduling and time/attendance.
- Oversee on-boarding processes.
- Participate in recruitment efforts.
