About The Position
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring profitability, exceptional customer service, inventory management, and efficient supervision of staff. Oversees employees responsible for sales, customer experience, and operations. Responsible for assigning tasks, implementing sales plans, and adherence to company policies. Leads the team to maximize sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates.
Requirements
- 1+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing experience.

- Bachelors degree (BS BA) desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Assistant Store Managers and Retail Store Consultants to accomplish sales, customer satisfaction, and operational goals.
- Ensure the store meets sales performance, profitability targets, and high levels of customer satisfaction through coaching and training of employees. Supports business needs by performing additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
- Maintain and manage optimal inventory levels at store location. Completes accounting and reports associated with sales, receipts, and prices.
- Maintain the corporate standard of store appearance. Implement direct sales merchandising promotions.
