About The Position

As a Retail Store Manager, you lead by example, inspire your team to go all in, and empower them to excel in connecting customers to their world. You are responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, asset protection, and team leadership. With a strong understanding of the retail environment, you ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer experience. In this role, you serve as the primary point of contact for all store employees, fostering a motivated and high-performing team. Your leadership is key to driving success and achieving store goals. Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule are required to meet the needs of the role
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management, including leadership roles within a retail environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Perform physical tasks as needed
