Retail Store Manager
About The Position
Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers is currently seeking a hard-working and dedicated Retail Store Manager to support and manage our LaGrange Retail Store. Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Inc.’s Store Manager Responsibilities: Guide, support, and coach retail team members on customer service, engagement, processing, and warehouse efficiency Generate labor schedules and delegate assignments Manage store operations regarding recruiting, hiring, training, and team development; complete and submit all related documentation Analyze reports and base decisions on those results Develop action plans to support continuous improvement in key areas, including production, customer service, sales, safety, and logistics. Prioritize safety for team members, customers, and donors by ensuring all work areas are free of clutter and all GoodwillSR safety procedures are followed. Input daily donations, production counts, and salvage inventory Manage maintenance and supplies for the Retail Store and associated Attended Donation Centers Integrate GoodwillSR's Mission and values in all daily activities Perform all other duties as assigned by the District Manager
Requirements
- Level of knowledge typically gained through completion of an associate's degree
- 3 years managing a retail operation and leading a team
Responsibilities
