Avocado is currently looking for a Retail Brand Experience Store Manager to be part of our team in La Jolla, CA. This is an on-site position, not remote. The role involves creating, reporting, driving, and tracking KPIs/OKRs around sales goals, providing in-the-moment coaching, and offering feedback to management to improve the retail experience. The Store Manager will act as a visible spokesperson for the brand, manage company events, and handle customer inquiries and issue resolutions. A key aspect of the role is ensuring the team is knowledgeable about products and processes, providing training, and managing daily workloads. Performance reviews, process improvement suggestions, and exceptional customer service are also critical components. The Store Manager will oversee the showroom's condition, manage inventory, ensure operational efficiency, and limit product shrink. Digital sales activities, including virtual appointments and CRM follow-ups, are also part of the responsibilities.
