About The Position

Where Ya Bin Stores delivers a one-of-a-kind shopping experience where savings meet excitement. Each week, they purchase truckloads of overstock merchandise from large online retailers, bringing thousands of new items into the store. Their inventory changes constantly, and no two days are ever the same. Their "everything must go" pricing model starts at $10 on Fridays and decreases daily to just $0.25 on Thursdays, ensuring bins are emptied and restocked weekly with fresh merchandise. Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or multi-unit leadership.
Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills.
Comfortable managing schedules, labor budgets, and payroll.
Ability to work hands-on in a physically active sales-floor environment.
Proficiency with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and basic computer applications.
Ability to work required hours, including weekends.
Must pass a background check prior to beginning work.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure the store runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Be a visible, positive presence on the sales floor, assisting staff and customers, and ensuring bins are stocked, staged, and maintained to company standards.
Manage schedules, approve timesheets, handle payroll submissions, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure timely completion of reports and marketing initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
Address maintenance needs proactively.
Adapt quickly to changing conditions while clearly communicating with the team.
