Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics
• Background in specialty retail, beauty, or luxury environments preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Retail Store Manager: 3 years (Required)
• Meeting goals and KPI: 3 years (Required)
• Team development: 3 years (Required)
