Join the cabi Outlet team as a Store Manager and lead a fashion-focused environment where leadership, creativity, and customer connection are at the center of everything we do. We are looking for an energetic and motivated leader who can inspire a team, build strong customer relationships, and drive store performance through operational excellence and people development. As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily store operations while creating a positive, high-performing culture that reflects the cabi brand.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop retail teams
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPI tracking, and performance management
  • Experience with retail POS systems and inventory management software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable customer experiences
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 3–4 years of retail management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a customer-focused retail team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences
  • Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and creating action plans to exceed goals
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees to build a strong and successful team
  • Create a positive, motivating, and accountable work environment
  • Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling, outreach, and personalized service
  • Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll management, and labor efficiency
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and brand-aligned
  • Manage inventory accuracy, shipment processing, loss prevention, and operational procedures
  • Handle store financial responsibilities including banking, petty cash, expense management, and reporting
  • Utilize company marketing tools and platforms to support local marketing initiatives and customer engagement
  • Communicate effectively with corporate partners, outlet management teams, and store employees
  • Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a hands-on leadership approach
