About The Position

This role is responsible for supporting an environment that drives sales through strong customer service skills, maintaining brand-enhancing store standards for a positive customer experience, and contributing to the store's sales and profit plan. The position also involves protecting company assets, controlling inventory shrinkage, and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere with constructive feedback. Key duties include driving sales by understanding and explaining merchandise, demonstrating accuracy at the point of sale, and taking ownership and accountability. The manager will also be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching store staff.

Requirements

  • Excellent selling skills.
  • Knowledge of a POS system to ring up sales.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Able to stand, move around the store, lift/push product that weigh up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder to complete job duties.
  • At least one year of previous retail management experience.
