About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team as a Retail Store Manager at the Fishers store. The manager oversees the pet store’s daily operations and ensures it runs smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The role leads by example and maintains a positive work environment for employees. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, prioritization, inventory management, and customer service skills are used to manage the team and support an exceptional shopping experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• A passion for caring for animals.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing a large retail store.
• Experience working in a pet store environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store.
