Store Managers are primarily responsible for managerial work, which includes leading and managing a team, ensuring accountability for customer experience and desired results, preparing the store and team to deliver Customer Brand Promises, and planning and communicating store workload activities and KPIs within budget. Minimal time is expected to be spent on non-managerial tasks such as cashiering, setting POGs, and stocking shelves.
