About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a consumer-centric, open-minded, and proactive Store Manager who thinks beyond the task. The Store Manager is responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through various functions including customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. This role requires a passion for fashion, brand heritage, and driving performance while fostering an inclusive and inspiring environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of store management experience required.
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading and motivating others.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the store team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
