About The Position

We are a consumer business operating online and in our growing fleet of retail stores. We operate multiple manufacturing studios that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us. We're seeking a Store Manager who will set the standard for exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in our Hoboken retail store. This role leads a high-performing team while driving operational excellence and delivering on our 100% happiness guarantee. This role reports to the District Manager.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in a customer-facing retail, sales, or hospitality setting
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and a genuine excitement for building, developing, and coaching high-performing teams
  • Engaging personality and strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering positive business results
  • Passion for design and an eagerness to work in a creative, customer-first environment
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business

Responsibilities

  • Set the standard for exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand on the sales floor every day
  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train great retail team members to build a store team that reflects our values
  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve operational activities to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni-channel operations
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers, and coach retail team members to do the same
  • Coordinate in-store events with the Framebridge marketing team to drive community engagement
  • Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment, and identify opportunities to innovate and improve the retail experience
