Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing personalized customer service and helping customers find the perfect jewelry pieces.
• Achieve individual and group sales goals and KPIs, utilizing provided tools and strategies.
• Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, promoting continuous learning and camaraderie.
• Maintain store appearance and operations, including opening/closing procedures, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
• Manage stock and inventory with precision and proactive strategies to optimize sales.
