About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for their Burlington Mall location. The Store Manager will report to the District Manager and is responsible for creating the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. This role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, and proactive individual who thinks beyond the immediate task. The ideal candidate will embody Levi Strauss & Co.'s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and a drive for performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of store management experience required
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
• Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the store team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
• Model and coach for the ultimate experience to all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
