Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail management experience preferred
- Strong ability to drive results while building relationships with team members
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- As a manager, you may be required by the local jurisdiction where a store is situated to provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages / tobacco products. Failure to comply and/or qualify for such license can lead to demotion or separation of employment.

- Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability
- Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations
- Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth
- Deliver a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer
- Safeguard company assets and inventory
- Build strong relationships with the community through outreach and partnerships
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Implement operational and merchandising direction communicated by corporate leadership
