Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of Store Management (recruiting, hiring, performance management, Sales objectives, etc.)
Mentor and motivate the team by delivering incredible customer experience while driving sales goals
Take the lead in bringing the Eastlink brand to life with the launch of the new location and help the team become brand ambassadors
Bring a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to running your store
Drive performance and thrive in an exciting environment
Understand accountability in all its forms, and be motivated by it
