As a Retail Store Manager in a store location, you will be responsible for the day-to-day and long-term success of retail staff with a focus on customer experience. We believe that each one of our staff members is a key contributor to our brand’s success. This position will help create the best customer experience by focusing on what matters most, our team. You will be responsible for effectively recruiting, onboarding, developing, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and education. Our Store Manager will oversee our Retail Sales Associate, or Outfitters, as we call them, to ensure each customer is outfitted with everything they need to get started or to keep going. Requirements

Available to work a flexible schedule, including, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 25–50 lbs.
Required to work standing for extended periods in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day and long-term success of retail staff with a focus on customer experience.
Effectively recruiting, onboarding, developing, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and education.
Oversee our Retail Sales Associate, or Outfitters, as we call them, to ensure each customer is outfitted with everything they need to get started or to keep going.
Expected to be on the sales floor 5 days a week.
Create and manage the schedule for Fleet Feet Store
Take weekly deposits to bank
Ensure store is clean and organized everyday
Maintain the highest Outfitter Metrics of the store, fit customers throughout the day – lead by example
Coach all store team members on Outfitter metrics, holding them to the standard set by leadership
Make customer-first decisions and use your resources to make daily problem-solving decisions
Ensure every customer has a great experience and leaves happy
Ensure every team member has a great shift by coaching staff to follow on tasks
Be a resource to your team and you use your GM and Owners as your resource
Set clear and specific daily goals and expectations of your team, even on your days off
Communicate daily with the other Store Managers
