About The Position

Mobilelink, the largest Cricket Wireless dealer with over 500 stores, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join as a Retail Store Manager (RSM). This role is pivotal in driving success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team to new heights within a fast-growing, dynamic company that offers unlimited growth and earning potential. The Retail Store Manager will own the sales and operations of their store, driving both business performance and team success. This involves leading by example, coaching the team, ensuring a seamless customer experience, managing inventory, and rolling out new products and services, acting as the central figure in the store's daily operations.

Requirements

1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
