About The Position
We are seeking a full-time Brand Ambassador to become part of our Over The Top Cake Supplies team! This role involves greeting customers, identifying their needs, explaining products and services, monitoring inventory, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints. The Brand Ambassador will also assist with birthday parties and kid camps.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in decorating (cakes, cookies, cupcakes, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Greet Customers
- Identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with birthday parties and kid camps
