We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team. Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
• Reliable and able to work a consistent schedule, including Saturdays
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of pool and spa care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pool and spa product selection
• Perform water testing and provide accurate product recommendations
• Answer customer questions related to pool maintenance and care
• Stock shelves and maintain store organization and cleanliness
• Deliver friendly, professional, and helpful customer service at all times
• Track and communicate low stock, product issues, and customer feedback to management
