We’re looking for hardworking and customer-focused individuals to join our growing City Mill team! This role involves providing friendly, fast, and professional service while ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and inviting. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, assisting with customer inquiries, recommending product improvements, and performing tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and store upkeep. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, be adaptable to various store functions, and contribute to maintaining company policies and procedures. An individual who is flexible and open to learning other functions throughout the store and willing to expand their knowledge and skills including but not limited to product knowledge and selling strategies.
