Requirements
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day and on some holidays
- Comfortable approaching and engaging in conversation with visitors
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Team player with a "can do" attitude
- At least two years experience in customer service
- Some basic computer skills are required
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Comfortable standing during the shift
Responsibilities
- Providing superior customer service to our visitors
- Educating consumers about Cabot cheese
- Sharing our farmer-owner story
- Receiving + stocking inventory
