About The Position

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Store Associate (Part-Time) to join our team! In this role, you'll help create a welcoming shopping experience by providing excellent customer service, preparing fresh food items, and keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills are a plus
Willingness to learn and grow
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Ability to obtain a Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Service License
Ability to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening

Retail or food service experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with product selection
Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pizzas, and fried cheese curds
Operate cash register and process transactions
Package cheese curds and perform cheese cut-and-wrap per food safety guidelines
Stock and merchandise shelves, coolers, and freezers
Maintain cleanliness and complete required logs (cleaning temperature, production)
Follow opening and closing procedures
Support ice cream station operations as needed
Follow all company policies and safety regulations
