By exhibiting exceptional teamwork, boundless curiosity, and the utmost care, the Assistant Manager will lead their team to fulfil Blick’s commitment to our customers, the Arts, and our local communities. This role involves overseeing retail operations, supporting multiple stores, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager will also assist with the House Account Program, provide customer service at the Custom Services desk, and support the Custom Services production team. Key responsibilities include inventory management, maintaining store standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, shift supervision, staff training, and managing store financials.
