About The Position

A part-time Retail Stocking Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team, equipped and empowered to do their job. The role involves serving customers, receiving and stocking products, and keeping the store safe, clean, and organized. The anticipated pay rate is $15.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families may participate in limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability coverage. Eligible associates may enroll in the company 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off annually, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, and up to 64 hours of paid sick time annually unless otherwise required by law. Schedules are described as respectful and fall within operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter, and describes opportunities for promotion to full-time roles.
