About The Position

A part-time Retail Stocking Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do the job. The anticipated pay rate is $16.25 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families may participate in limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability coverage. Eligible Associates may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue up to 152 hours per year of paid time off, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, as well as up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year unless otherwise required by law. Schedules are described as respectful, within store operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter and offers a clear path to promotion with full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Receive, inspect, and stock product.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
