About The Position

A part-time Retail Stocking Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do the job. The position provides an anticipated rate of $14.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families may participate in limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability plans. Eligible associates may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, as well as up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year unless otherwise required by law. Schedules are described as respectful and fall within store operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter, and offers a path to promotion with full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Receive, inspect, and stock product.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
