About The Position

A part-time role on a high-performing team, where associates are empowered and equipped to do their work. The anticipated pay rate is $20.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families may participate in limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability coverage. Eligible associates may enroll in the company 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, plus up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year unless otherwise required by law. Schedules are respectful and fall within operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter, and offers clear paths to promotion with full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Receive, inspect, and stock product.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
