About The Position

This is a part-time Retail Stock Associate position at Disney Springs. The role involves receiving and inspecting product, maintaining inventory using company software, generating price labels, ordering replacement product, and preparing product for shipment. Associates will operate tracking scanners for inventory and shipment accuracy. The position also requires supporting the sales floor and potentially moving to floor operations. There are opportunities for career advancement and promotion every three months based on performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including mornings and weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
• Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including: repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing

Responsibilities
