About The Position

The Retail Stock Associate is a behind-the-scenes role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of retail spaces. This includes verifying and preparing merchandise, organizing stock and supplies, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment. The role requires attention to detail and a sense of ownership to contribute to a positive guest shopping experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail and/or stocking or warehouse
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Count, inspect, and prepare merchandise upon delivery in order to transport it to retail stores and storage rooms
• Stock and replenish merchandise in stores following all department and visual merchandising standards
• Communicate merchandise and supply inventory needs to Assistant Managers/Managers and Vendors
• Assist in preparing for and conducting physical inventory and cycle counts
