About The Position

Nespresso is seeking a Retail Stock Associate for its boutique in Nashville's Green Hills Mall. This is a full-time, non-warehouse retail stock position requiring full-time availability and a mix of retail and stock experience. The associate supports smooth boutique operations by maintaining an organized stockroom, managing inventory, receiving shipments, and helping ensure products are available to the sales team and customers. The role also contributes to an elevated customer experience and a safe, clean boutique environment.

Requirements

Be punctual and available to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Be patient with day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment and resourceful in troubleshooting.
Meet physical requirements, including lifting boxes up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

Process inbound and outbound stock shipments.
Assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising, and product transfers.
Maintain an organized stockroom so products can be easily located by the sales team.
Replenish merchandise in the boutique and assist the sales floor as needed.
Help maintain a safe and clean boutique environment and demonstrate loss prevention efforts.
