Reimagine what you can become. Let’s grow together. Our new Nespresso boutique in Charlotte is seeking a Retail Stock Associate to join our dynamic team. Are you organized, proactive, and passionate with experience running a highly functional retail stockroom? In this essential role, you'll keep our boutique running smoothly by maintaining an organized stockroom, managing inventory, receiving shipments, and supporting the sales team with product availability. Your attention to detail will help ensure customers can always find their favorite coffees and accessories while contributing to a seamless and elevated boutique experience.
Requirements
- Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Patience for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment and resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.
- Ability to meet the role's physical requirements including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods of time, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities
- Process all inbound and outbound stock shipments.
- Assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and product transfers.
- Maintain organization to ensure products are easily located for the sales team.
- Replenish merchandise within the boutique and assist the sales floor as needed.
- Take part in maintaining a safe boutique environment, ensuring cleanliness, and demonstrating loss prevention efforts.
