We're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team as Retail Sales Representative. In this customer-facing role, you'll represent Venture Home inside a designated Lowe's store, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants. Requirements
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, marketing, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
- Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
- Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
- Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.
