About The Position
As a Center Associate, you are the face of The UPS Store. You will deliver world-class customer service by acting as a consultant for our customers' shipping, printing, and business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Required).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Acrobat).
- Outstanding phone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 40+ pounds regularly.
- A professional appearance and a track record of being prompt and responsible.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in retail sales, shipping, or print services is a major plus!
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on shipping options (UPS, USPS, etc.) and business services to provide the "best-value" solution.
- Operate high-end digital copiers, binding equipment, and laminating machines.
- Receive, sort, and process packages for courier shipment with high accuracy.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) devices and specialized software to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while assisting teammates in a fast-paced environment.
