Requirements
- Previous retail experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, Retail Associate, or similar role preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement
- Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year of retail experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling and customer service that makes every guest feel valued
- Build lasting customer relationships through outreach and clienteling programs
- Support sales goals, KPIs, and daily store performance
- Provide support with phone orders and customer inquiries
- Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, professionalism, and positivity
- Help create a fun, collaborative, and high-performing work environment
- Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
- Support Sales Associates through coaching, communication, and teamwork
- Assist with daily operations and ensure company standards are upheld
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displays
- Support inventory, shipment processing, and store organization
- Handle cash management and bank deposits with accuracy and integrity
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
