Requirements

  • Engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation talents, and the ability to read and manage customer needs.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent judgment as well as strong time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build solid ongoing customer relationships.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus.
  • Sales background, a plus.
  • Bilingual, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
  • Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.
  • Process loans and extensions.
  • Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
  • Perform opening and closing store procedures.
  • Supervise and coach store Team Members.
